Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Boogie Bangers website, the Venture coming-soon page and related pages, content and features. The website is operated by Prince Malimbiza under the Boogie Bangers brand in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Informational and creative purpose

The website presents information about Boogie Bangers, its creative work, interviews, showcases, founder story and Venture. Content is provided for general informational, editorial, promotional and entertainment purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, safety or other professional advice.

Ownership and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, website design, branding, original text, graphics, animations, code, videos, photographs, logos and other content are owned by Boogie Bangers, Prince Malimbiza or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share ordinary links to public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, modify, distribute, scrape, frame or commercially exploit a substantial part of the website or its content.
• Remove copyright, trademark, credit, rights-management or attribution notices.
• Use Boogie Bangers or Venture branding in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

Artist, collaborator and user submissions

If you send materials, links, ideas, biographies, photographs, music, recordings or other content, you represent that you have the right to send them and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

Sending materials for consideration does not guarantee publication, payment, confidentiality, feedback or a business relationship. You retain ownership of pre-existing materials. Boogie Bangers receives only the limited permission reasonably necessary to review, store and internally share the submission.

Any public use, interview, production or promotional use should be governed by a separate written release, licence or agreement where appropriate.

Third-party platforms and links

Venture information

Venture is currently presented as a coming-soon city-discovery product. Event, restaurant, venue, neighbourhood, transit, parking, price, age restriction, schedule, accessibility, availability and safety information may change. Verify important details directly with the relevant business, venue, organizer or seller.

Accuracy, availability and changes

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted or available. We may edit, suspend, remove or change the website or content without notice. Contact us if you spot an error.
