Venture is a discovery tool, not the event organizer

Venture by Boogie Bangers is intended to help people discover events, restaurants, venues, neighbourhoods and possible outing ideas. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Venture does not own, operate, organize, host, sell tickets for or control the businesses and events shown on the platform.

Information can change

Dates, times, prices, menus, hours, addresses, transit routes, parking conditions, accessibility features, age restrictions, dress codes, availability, capacity, cancellation policies, ticket terms and safety requirements can change without notice.

Information may come from public sources, businesses, organizers, users or automated systems and may contain delays, omissions or errors.

Verify before relying

Before travelling, purchasing, booking or attending, confirm important details directly with the relevant venue, restaurant, organizer, ticket seller, transit provider or official source. Screenshots, saved outings and older listings may no longer reflect current conditions.

No endorsement or guarantee

A listing does not automatically mean that Venture or Boogie Bangers endorses, guarantees, recommends or has inspected the listed business, event, organizer, product, service or neighbourhood.

Search order, featured placement, editorial selection and paid promotion should be identified where appropriate and do not guarantee quality, safety, suitability or availability.

Tickets, reservations, transportation, food, products and other services are supplied by third parties under their own terms, refund rules, privacy practices and customer-service policies. Venture is not responsible for a third party's cancellation, closure, pricing, service, injury, loss or failure to perform, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Personal safety and suitability

Users are responsible for evaluating whether an event, venue, route, restaurant, neighbourhood or outing is appropriate for their age, health, accessibility needs, budget, transportation, schedule, group and personal safety.

Follow official instructions, laws, venue rules, weather advisories and emergency guidance.

User-generated and submitted information

If Venture later accepts reviews, corrections, photos or other submissions, those materials may reflect the submitter's opinion and may not be independently verified. Sponsored, affiliated or paid content should be labelled clearly.

Corrections

Businesses, organizers and users may report inaccurate, outdated or rights-infringing information to venturebangers@gmail.com. Include the listing name, the issue, the correct information and a reliable source where possible.

Venture may investigate, edit, label or remove information at its discretion.
